The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21) is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure the severity of symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. The DASS-21 is intended for use with adults and adolescents aged 16 years and older.

The DASS-21 was developed by Professor David Lovibond and Professor Peter Lovibond at the University of New South Wales, Australia.
