The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) is a brief self-report questionnaire designed to identify individuals who have an alcohol use disorder. The test assesses the quantity and frequency of alcohol use, symptoms of alcohol dependence, and alcohol-related problems.
