The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) is a self-report measure designed to assess symptoms of ADHD in adults. It is intended for use in clinical and research settings to assist in the diagnosis of ADHD and the evaluation of treatment outcomes.

Author(s)
The ASRS was developed by a team of ADHD experts led by Ronald C. Kessler at Harvard Medical School and was based on diagnostic criteria outlined in the DSM-IV.
